Log:

Force the MythSystemReaper thread to exit once the gCoreContext has been 
deallocated and set to NULL.  This will allow it to shutdown properly.  There
have been observed cases where it would keep running even after qApp->quit()
has been called, and this should prevent it from staying running when we are
trying to exit the application.
