Log:

Simplify the OpenGL linear blend and kernel deinterlacers.

This removes the motion estimation from these deinterlacers, which fixes
certain deinterlacing artefacts at the potential expense of some flicker
around horizontal edges. Both should now be marginally faster and to my
tired eyes the results are much better.
