 The Test Decryptability option tries to decrypt each channel when
 scanning. In the output, it's quite clear that this seems to work
 fine.[[BR]]
 How-ever, when channels are found that MythTV in unable to decrypt - those
 channels are still added in the channel-scan.[[BR]]

 Steps:[[BR]]
 1: Get a working DVB setup - including CAM. (You needs channels on your
 network, that you do not have access to)[[BR]]
 2: Do a full-tuned channelscan, with "Test Decryptability" turned on.
