 Hi,
 I really miss pre-0.24 OSD notification mechanism. I used it to integrate
 many external, supporting & functionally extending small apps like: VoIP
 integration, New incoming mail notification, System status (temps, load,
 etc), new media attachment, etc).[[BR]]
 Lack of general notification widget in 0.24 strongly limits myth
 integration capabilities with external apps/tools as with 0.24 myth has
 reach control mechanisms (telent, perl/python bindings) and no single
 presentation mechanism.
