Old description:

 -r22957 happily tunes, gets data and prompts to insert.

 Further investigation reveals -r23011 was good, -r23012 broke it (ATSC
 frequencies or cable scanning only).

Comment:

 Revs 23011, 2305, 23099 and 23190 all worked.
