Log:

Bump the default Slave WOL wakeup time from 240 seconds to
300 seconds.  If the slave is still not awake after 90
seconds, run the wakeup command.  If the slave is still
not awake after another 60 seconds (T-150), then
reschedule recordings to try to work around the slave's
tuners.  Previously, if a slave did not come back, we
would continue trying to wake it up until well after
the recording was supposed to actually start and then
reschedule around it.
