Log:

Fix a bug in the Program Finder where on initial load titles beginning with 'A ' would appear then disappear from the list when moving to another letter and back. This was caused by a double load of the title list and having removed the second load, the screen should appear that little bit faster. I've also optimised the The/An/A handling so that we only apply the checks where they are needed and not to every single title, which should also improve performance.
