 I have been trying to write a mythweather grabber in python. As a
 sidenote, here is some notes on the interface between myth and the
 grabber, which is somewhat sketchy in the wiki as of today.

 Besides all the mistakes I certainly have made, the notes contains open
 issues. Some of them are marked with TBD and/or with a '*'
