Comment:

 Once again, the plan to completely replace all of the setup UI code has
 made it very unlikely that this setup UI bug will be fixed for the
 release.  Proper values are still stored in the DB--the only issue is that
 the UI does not show the currently specified lineup.  Pushing to unknown.
