Fix implicit DSO link to libdl when linking with libXvMCW

Latest binutils provides an ld that doesn't permit implicit DSO linking,
so when building in XvMCW support, which relies upon dlopen to open the
actual XvMC libs, we would encounter a build failure, as libdl wasn't
explicitly linked in. This one-liner fixes it.
