Log:

Fix font rendering in MythD3D9Painter.

This follows the font style hint used in the OpenGL painter and may well
be unnecessary once the legacy, non-libmythui rendering code is gone and
the D3D painter window no longer needs to be sub-classed from QGLWidget.
