 Although MythCenter-wide uses the video-ui.xml from default-wide, it
 doesn't make effective use of the screen. There is crowded text on the
 left side of the screen and unused area on the right.

 Summary of changes:
 - Correct overlapping text areas.
 - Use more of the available space.
 - Remove Director info, that can be found it you really want it. It
 doesn't need to be shown by default and takes up a lot of space with some
 shows.
