Log:

Re-add a hack that was added in [24127] but removed when we
removed our custom version of videodev*.h.  This allows
vbi.c to compile on older kernels < 2.6.25.  Kernels older
than this have broken headers when -std=c99 is used to
compile videodev2.h.  I could have removed -std=c99 from
the compile options in the .pro file, but that would affect
all *.c files under libmythtv, so I used the #undef again.
