 When I play a DVD rip in MythVideo, if I select a stereo audio track in
 the DVD, playback will be too fast, and the audio will sound like it's
 double speed.  Selecting a 5.1 audio track works fine.

 If the DVD has only stereo, then the DVD is unwatchable.

 I'm running 0.23-fixes, r25041.
