 (In [24973]) Fix NuppelVideoPlayer::IsNearEnd prototype following the
 libmythui-osd
 merge.

 This fixes the reported compilation issue but IsNearEnd clearly needs a
 little more work following the ProgramInfo refactor - there are
 definitely some sign issues (refs #8527).
