Log:

Quote and qualify table names returned from DBUtil::GetTables().

While we don't need the quoting/qualification with current code, an upcoming change will dynamically process tables using the list provided by GetTables().  This change will ensure safe processing even if the user has non-MythTV tables within the schema whose names conflict with MySQL reserved words or contain spaces or similar.
