 My testing was faulty, I somehow thought myth was using a later version of
 FreeFont.  The current version in myth has the problem, but the latest
 version of FreeMono.ttf (2009-01-04) does not have the problem, when
 tested on my system.  So I recommend moving to the latest FreeFont.
