 Data in NWS-Stations.xml is wrong (at least for my location, KLGA).  This
 causes the weather info returned from ndfd18.pl and ndfd.pl to be
 incorrect.  Apparently this is because the lat/long for my location is
 wrong (the lat/long when plotted in Google Maps is somewhere offshore).
 The XML data should be updated to the current data in
 http://www.weather.gov/xml/current_obs/index.xml (which appears to be the
 original source of the data).  I could attach the updated file if asked,
 but it seems that giving the link should be sufficient.
