 fiele
 ./mythtv/libs/libmythbdnav/file/file_posix.c
 compiles with mingw (gcc) to file_posix.o without any problem,
 but ld fails with undefined refferenz to fseeko and ftello

 please have a look at
 ./mythtv/libs/libmythlivemedia/liveMedia/InputFile.cpp
 where its done the right way
