 My backend crashed and corrupted the database. Upon repair WebDBSchemaVer
 was missing from the settings table and MythWeb returned a completely
 blank page in the browser. No meaningful error message was logged.

 db_update.php doesn't appear to test for the presence of the variable, nor
 log an error if it is missing.

 Inserting a record back into the settings table with value=WebDBSchemaVer
 and data=2 restored functionality
