 danielk, as I remember it I first did a Full Scan (Tuned) which found all
 the FreeSat transponders except the one ITV HD was on (that's probably a
 deliberate ploy by ITV/Freesat to attempt to hide the stuff on that
 transponder and isn't a bug). Having found the transport was missing from
 the list I manually added the transport and did a 'Scan of a single
 existing transport' which found ITV HD OK but when I later tried to view
 it I only got a partial lock (LMs).

 After comparing my db entries with StuartM's it became obvious why it
 wasn't working for me the transportid and networkid was missing. The only
 was to fix it was to manually edit the DB and add the correct transportid
 and networkid to the  dtv_multiplex table.

 The original poster appears to be trying to tune into the wrong
 transponder 11426v when it should be 11428h.
