Log:

Don't clear the watched flag when we transcode a recording.  Just
because we transcoded doesn't erase the fact that we watched it
prior to transcoding.  Resetting this flag can have effects in
the Watch Recordings screen and the AutoExpirer since they look
at this flag.

Fixes #7718.
