Comment:

 This is a known issue that automatically corrects itself once you have the
 first recording on each drive.  We have not come up with a determinate,
 easy, replicatable solution to determine whether
 filesystems are indeed the same filesystem, links to the same filesystem,
 bind mounts, nfs mounts, cifs mounts, etc. blah to the same filesystem.
 Linux (and presumably *BSD*) do not expose the actual fsid to the user
 because it is a security risk, so we can only rely on file system type,
 size, available and total space when determining whether multiple
 directories are on the same filesystem.

 Closing this as a feature request without a patch unless someone can come
 up with a way that works
 as a non-root user and is replicatable.
