 (In [23065]) Branch libmythui-osd: Add YUV colour space support to
 MythImage. This simply uses the existing buffer to hold YUV image data
 without sub-sampling, as converted from the existing RGB data, and will be
 used by a YV12 painter (with appropriate conversion of the colours, the
 existing Qt paint routines will paint and blend without issue using the
 YUV colorspace). Refs #7650.
