 (In [23619]) Branch libmythui-osd: Update the default wide OSD theme file
 to inherit more from the base theme and add a default (non wide) version
 which is just scaled appropriately. The only problematic inheritance is
 the status progress bar so for the time being this is just set to some
 fairly dull, inoffensive blue. Refs #7650.
