Log:

Fix a regression in VDPAU picture control settings.

Firstly, ensure the database value is updated properly by actually
returning the confirmed new value to the player. Secondly, use the
correct value and code path to renitialise the mixer settings after the
mixer is recreated (we were inadvertantly calling the wrong function
with the wrong value!).
