 (I know it's not a support forum, so let me apologize for this, but I
 don't know if kas@ follows the users list. So...)

 Please try increasing the signal timeout in mythtv-setup for your dvb-t
 card. Mine (Lifeview Trio) can scan channels only when signal timeout is
 equal or above 2500 ms.
