Log:

Numerous fixes for trunk mirobridge courtesy of Doug Vaughan.  

The "DeletesFollowLinks" setting is incompatible with MiroBridge processing. A check and termination of MiroBridge with an appropriate error message has been added.
Fixed an abort and subsequent process hang when the Miro front and back ends cannot be started.
Added better system error messages when an IOError exception occurs.
