 The video menu which can be displayed when a dvd is inserted has what
 appear to be the most likely menu items to use (at least to me)near the
 bottom of the list.

 This patch moved play dvd,play vcd,rip dvd, eject dvd to the top of the
 menu.
 Unless #8045 is applied this menu isnt displayed on dvd insertion though,
 and i dont think it is used anywhere else any more
