Comment:

 No. This will not be applied for a few reasons.

  * PHP 5.3 is the current stable release of php. It's been released for a
 year and a half now.
  * PHP 5.2 is end of life.
  * PHP 5.1 was end of life November, 2006. It's been 4 years.
  * The code isn't a complete replacement for the functionality currently
 used
  * The code is god awfully slow and memory hungry
