Log:

Release ?Inflict? the Theme Chooser upon the world.  The FTP
mirrors synced within the last hour or so, so the Theme
Chooser is now functional.

I'll add menu items to the other menu themes in a subsequent
commit, so if you don't see the Theme Chooser on the menu,
it's because you're not using the default menu.
