 In the Program Guide selecting a channelgroup that contains an apostrophe
 the frontend returns a SQL error due to the three apostrophes (single
 quotes "'") in the query string.

 Fault is in file libs/libmythtv/channelgroups.cpp.

 Change to using bindValue fixes.
