Log:

Tweak version.sh to use the MYTH_BINARY_VERSION right out of mythversion.sh
rather than using sed to extract it.  Let the preprocessor do the work.

Also, force version.sh to be run *before* building the libs subdir as after
running configure, there were build failures in libmythdb as version.sh was
somehow being run incorrectly.
