 OK: 8609 refers only to MythCenter as video-ui.xml does not appear in
 MythCenter-wide
 8188 refers to the underlying problem which I have tried to address. It
 does not appear to patch things.
 8783 addresses what I am doing, but does not address them all, nor
 specifically which I have tried to do throughout.

 I have produced a new diff in -u format attached. This is against 25722
 trunk.
