Log:

Only use the QImageReader for animated images retrieved
from http, https, or ftp URIs or that are fully qualified
pathnames.  The animated image support commit broke
myth:// image loading.  There is also an issue with
scaling that I need to work through which may require a
more invasive fix, so it's better to use QImageReader
only where necessary for now.
