 This has been consistent from 0.21, through 0.22 and 0.23.

 At 7pm every night without fail, Cbeebies goes off air the FE should
 switch to the MHEG splash saying the channel is off air, but crashes
 instead. There is always a dash for the remote to switch channels before
 it happens.

 Interactive TV is enabled. (UK)

 I have this afternoon specifically selected off air channels, and not one
 has come up with a splash screen, which is doubtful.
