Log:

Drop the AllRecGroupPassword setting as it just duplicates the functionality of the recgrouppasswd table. If you need to set or change a recording group password for 'All Programs' then it can be done through the Watch Recordings screen context menu just like the other recgroup passwords. This commit includes a schema update which moves existing passwords across to the recgrouppasswd table and deletes them from the settings table.
