 The nuvexport mencoder does a good job of transcoding MythTV recordings
 into compressed files with human readable names files.

 However the script doesn't include an eta till the job should finish
 (currently only a % completed and fps rate).  This patch adds an eta to
 completion based upon the current fps and total frames left.

 Users that are running multiple instances of nuvexport simultaneously may
 find this particularly useful.
