Log:

Enable the helptext code. This was meant to have been committed months+ ago and I hadn't noticed it was missing until now. This takes the <helptext> associated with a widget and writes it into a 'helptext' textarea if there is one present in the current screen. It's intended to allow for context sensitive help but themers might use it however they want.
