 This bug can be seen on any display, if you force the "wrong" aspect ratio
 for your display.

 My desktop 1680x1050 display exhibits same behavior if a forced 4:3 aspect
 is applied, recorded TV treats display as 16:9, LiveTv honors 4:3 setting.
