 This is no longer a patch.  I wasn't able to add the attachment without
 multiple changes like those in the "attachment mythtv-HOWTO.sgml added"
 line.

 Changed to get past spam filters:
 * HTTPEQ to url followed by '='
 * NAMEEQ, name followed by '='
 * WASURL, drop the WAS and use lower case
 * ptth, is backwards
 * slashslash, change to the obvious 2 characters

 I'd be happy to resubmit this if there's better way of avoiding the spam
 filters.
