 This patch is the result of trying to connect to 80+ links in the HOWTO.
 No email links were tested.

 13 links were changed and some text was adjusted to agree with these
 recommendations.

 All links were tested (with wget), and 404 errors were resolved or
 removed.  Links to some sites that returned a 303 (redirection) code were
 adjusted.

 I tripped over some DataDirect and 0.22 text that was changed to
 Schedules Direct and 0.23 as well.

 Finally, I added but commented out, an update flagged for 0.24 regarding
 Tuning, see: <item>t/F/T...

 Thanks for the help of Dan Wilga on Mandriva, Ajay Sharma on gaming and
 Mike Dean for the heads up on modifying .sgml not .html.
