 Split the original patch into two as described in http://www.gossamer-
 threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/432508#432508

 126-rsRecording.patch fixes the "Can't Stop or change recording end time"
 problem.
 126-StartNow.new.3.patch adds the "Start Now" logic.
