Log:

Adds a -v gui verbose option. Mostly this is to get the -v file output to be useful again for debugging non-gui file bugs. The loudest of these are now suppressed unless both options are present. This also adds some currently commented out GUI debugging to -v gui, and disambiguates some of the MythUI error and debugging output.

Note: This updates the binary revision so a plugin recompile is necessary and a distclean is recommended.
