 MythCenter and MythCenter-wide are predominantly 'blue' themes. The fill
 colors for selected items are a dark green color which makes the selected
 item hard to read.
 The attached patch changes the fillcolor from dark gray (#cccccc) or dark
 green (#43b038) to black (#000000). In some cases this brings MythCenter-
 wide in conformance with default-wide.
 Makes things much more readable
