Log:

Remove Myth Internal Player Inconsistency Device (MIPID).  Remove custom settings to enable DVD bookmarks/bookmark prompts, unify bookmark behavior of DVDs with that of videos and recordings-- Namely, the ability to bookmark DVDs (and prompting to use them) is enabled.  The setting to change the DVD bookmark expire time remains.  As ever, bookmarks can be manually toggled out of existence in the internal player, too.
