 A while ago, MythTV switched to using SMPTE channel ordering internally,
 but the Windows audio classes still assume ALSA ordering.  Attached patch
 removes the channel reordering code so that the 5.1 channels are mapped
 correctly on Windows.

 Patch is applicable to trunk and .23-fixes.  Thanks to Ed W for the
 reminder to check this.
