Add workaround following r23794 with ALSA < 1.0.22. After a call to snd_device_name_hint, the global alsa memory context is corrupted (see http://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Changes_v1.0.21_v1.0.22) ; so we delete the global memory context. It seems to fix the issue. Also fix some leaks in the existing code
