Log:

Use pixel size in place of point size for fonts in Terra. Also switch back to Arial instead of DejaVu sans, while they are superficially similar differences in kerning, character width and word spacing mean there is a significant difference in string length and Terra was laid out very carefully with Arial. I'll play with the newly added letter spacing and word spacing to see if I can approximate Arial with DejaVu Sans, or find a closer open source equivalent but for those with Arial installed this should look better until then.
