 Given this is an ffmpeg bug..., what is the plan to address it going into
 0.22?  It's easy enough to avoid it (ie: use mplayer/xine/vlc for vob
 files), but I guess the problem should be identified to users or a default
 setting put in place until it gets fixed (just a suggestion from a
 grateful user)
